Activity Scheduling makes a huge difference when self-isolating and working from home

I've been reminding myself to practice what I teach this week. Its been easy to fall into bad habits whilst working from home and self-isolation. The abundance of Easter chocolate and endless stream of news updates don't make it easy... To help me, I've reminded myself of what I know helps. A CBT based approach called Behavioral Activation has made a huge difference. I've scheduled in a mixture of activities (Routine, necessary and pleasurable) and have approached tasks that feel challenging by breaking them down. On of today's pleasurable activities included going outside in my gr with my camera. The beauty of nature and spring more special than ever right now.
