What can you control right now?

A colleague shared a quote today: "The only constant is that everything changes". Its sombre given the what's currently happening in our lives and around the world the moment. .I'm reminded that what we have is the present moment. Its where we have agency and where action is possible. Let go of the things that are outside of your control. Techniques from CBT can be helpful in managing worry, anxiety distress and an intolerance of uncertainty.
